Please read these terms carefully before using the ggvip platform. This document clearly sets out your rights, responsibilities, and the terms of our mutual agreement.

ggvip, as Bangladesh's online gaming and betting platform, is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair relationship with its users. These terms form a legal agreement between you and ggvip. Please read it in full. If anything is unclear, contact our support team.

Definitions & Scope
What does "Platform" mean
"Platform" refers to the ggvip website (ggvip.lat), all its sub-pages, mobile versions, and any services provided through ggvip.
What does "User" mean
"User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered on the ggvip platform or is using its services.
What does "Funds" mean
"Funds" refers to real money (BDT / Taka) held in your ggvip account, which is accounted for entirely separately from any bonus balance.
Scope of Application
These terms apply to all services on the ggvip platform — slot games, live casino, sports betting, virtual games, and all other gaming services.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements for Registration
To open an account on ggvip, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must open the account for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You must not have any existing active or closed account on ggvip.
- You must not be an employee of ggvip or an immediate family member of one.
One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one ggvip account. Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Identity Verification
ggvip reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Account Security & Responsibility
Confidentiality of Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your ggvip account username and password completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account.
Responsibility for Transactions
You are responsible for all transactions and gaming activity carried out on your account. In the event of unauthorized access or fraud on your account, you must notify ggvip immediately. ggvip is not liable for transactions made before such notification is received.
Device & Connection Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure the security of the device, internet connection, and software used to access the platform. ggvip will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, disconnections, or other device-related issues.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Conditions
The following rules apply when depositing funds into ggvip:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are only accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
- Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
Withdrawal Conditions
The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Identity verification must be completed.
Payment Method Details
ggvip supports Bangladesh's major mobile financial services and banking methods. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other reputable Bangladeshi banks are accepted. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Contact our support team for any payment-related queries.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
ggvip offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means ৳30,000 in bets must be placed against a ৳2,000 bonus before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited. The specific validity period is communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Bonus abuse, manipulation, or any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program Terms
ggvip's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and participation on the platform. ggvip reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel VIP benefits at any time.
Gaming Rules
Game Fairness
ggvip ensures fair play across all games. All game software is independently verified and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined, and all results are entirely independent and unpredictable.
Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. Bet limits may differ when playing with a bonus balance — these will be specified in the bonus terms.
Technical Error Policy
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or disconnection, ggvip will review server logs to determine the outcome of that round. If the outcome cannot be determined, the staked amount will be refunded. ggvip's decision in this regard is final.
Sports Betting Policy
In sports betting, bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the situation will be handled according to ggvip's established rules.
Game Logs & Records
All game history and transaction records are stored on ggvip's servers. In the event of any dispute, the server records will serve as the final evidence.
Prohibited Activities
Warning: Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in your account being immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited.
Account-Related Prohibitions
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account using another person's identity.
- Providing false or inaccurate information.
- Allowing others to use your account.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Financial Activity Prohibitions
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
- Filing chargebacks or initiating payment disputes.
- Placing artificial bets for the purpose of earning bonuses.
Technical Prohibitions
- Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or software.
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or other software.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
- Attempting unauthorized access to ggvip's systems.

Account Suspension & Closure
Reasons for Account Suspension
ggvip may temporarily suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- While an identity verification process is ongoing.
- During an investigation into suspicious activity or fraud.
- If bonus abuse is suspected.
- If a technical issue or security risk is identified.
Reasons for Permanent Account Closure
An account may be permanently closed in the following cases:
- Serious or repeated violations of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- If the account is proven to belong to a minor.
Voluntary Account Closure by User
You can request to close your ggvip account at any time. All pending bets must be settled before the request is made. Any valid funds in your account (not bonuses) will be returned, subject to withdrawal conditions being met.
Limitation of Liability
ggvip's Limited Liability
ggvip is not responsible for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection interruptions.
- Inability to play games due to issues with your device or network.
- Problems caused by faults in third-party services or software.
- Financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions.
- Losses caused by your own carelessness or negligence.
ggvip always strives to maintain service continuity, but the service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ggvip platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is the intellectual property of ggvip. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content without permission is prohibited.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Right to Make Changes
ggvip reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. The "Last Updated" date will always be shown at the top of the page.
Notification of Changes
For important changes, ggvip will attempt to send a notification to the registered email address. However, it is the user's responsibility to regularly check this page to stay informed about the latest terms and conditions.
Consent to Changes
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact the support team to close your account.

Dispute Resolution Process

Completeness of Terms
These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between ggvip and the user. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The Bengali language version of these terms and conditions is the most authoritative.
